What this policy covers
This website, apisol.cz. Our products — Apios, Relatiq, Feezy and Upguru — run their own websites and have their own privacy policies.
What we process and why
Server logs
When you open the site, our web server records your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser's identification string. We use these records only to deliver the site, keep it secure and find faults. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after 14 days.
If you write to us, we process your name, email address and whatever you include in the message, in order to reply and, if it comes to that, to prepare or perform a contract. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in answering correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle your enquiry; correspondence that relates to a contract is kept for the periods the law requires.
No cookies, analytics or third-party content
The site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and uses no analytics or tracking. Each language has its own address, so your language choice is simply part of the URL. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so loading the site sends nothing to anyone else.
Who receives the data
Only the providers who host the website and our email, acting as processors on our behalf: [hosting provider], [email provider]. Data stays within the European Union. We do not sell personal data or use it for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. We respond within one month. Write to: info@apisol.cz.
You can also complain to the supervisory authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz.
